Pork Prices in the Novosibirsk Region: Analysis and Forecasts

From July 2023 to July 2025, the price of boneless pork in RUSSIA increased by 21.06%, reaching 492.67 rubles per kilogram. In the Novosibirsk Region, this figure was only 16.81%, corresponding to an average price of 474.73 rubles per kilogram in July 2025, compared to 406.41 rubles in July 2023.

The stability of prices in the Novosibirsk region is explained by high levels of local production and demand, which allows for low prices. Over the past year, prices have increased by only 0.3%, significantly below the national average, where the average price increased by 6.93%.

Despite overall stability, possible price fluctuations may be caused by seasonal factors and changes in the economic situation, such as inflation and fluctuations in the feed market. Forecasts for the coming months suggest that prices will remain at current levels, although increased demand before the holidays may lead to a slight increase.
