Chicken eggs in Russia for the week from June 16 to June 21, 2021 fell by 3%. This is stated in the materials of Rosstat.

"Chicken eggs on average in the country fell by 3%, including in 25 subjects of the Russian Federation - by 0.1-2.5%, in 34 subjects - by 2.6-6%, in 13 subjects - by 6, 1-10.6%. In three subjects, the prices for chicken eggs have not changed. In 10 subjects, chicken eggs have risen in price by 0.1-5.2%," the report says.

According to Rosstat, for the period from June 16 to June 21, 2021, prices for canned meat for baby food increased by 0.7%, lamb, buckwheat and caramel - by 0.5%, canned meat, margarine, chocolate sweets - by 0.4%, boiled sausage, butter, sterilized milk , wheat flour and black tea - by 0.3%, pork, semi-smoked and boiled-smoked sausages, sausages, sausages, vermicelli, dry milk mixtures, canned vegetables and fruit berries for baby food, lunches in canteens, cafes, snack bars (except canteens in organizations) - by 0.2%, frozen fish, bread, pasta, salt - by 0.1%.

Prices for chicken meat on average in the country increased by 0.1%, including in 31 subjects of the Russian Federation - by 0.1-0.9%, in 8 subjects - by 1.0-2.4%. Prices have not changed in 14 regions. In 27 subjects, prices for chicken meat decreased by 0.1-0.9%, in 5 subjects - by 1.0-2.1%.

Cost of butter and sugar

According to Rosstat, prices for sunflower oil in Russia increased by 0.1% on average. In 25 subjects of the Russian Federation, prices increased by 0.1-0.9%, in 8 subjects - by 1-2.8%. Prices have not changed in 34 subjects. In 14 subjects, prices decreased by 0.1-1%, in 4 subjects - by 1.1-1.7%.

Prices for granulated sugar on average in Russia increased by 0.1%, including in 23 subjects of the Russian Federation - by 0.1-0.9%, in 8 subjects - by 1-3.5%. In 32 constituent entities of the Russian Federation prices have not changed. In 22 subjects, prices for granulated sugar decreased by 0.1-1.3%.

Prices for fruits and vegetables increased by an average of 1.5%, including carrots - by 10.8%, potatoes - by 6.8%, white cabbage - by 4.6%, apples - by 0.6%, onion - by 0.3%. Prices for cucumbers decreased by 6.0%, tomatoes - by 4.5%. Prices for rennet cheese, sour cream and millet fell by 0.1%.
