Food prices in RUSSIA in February 2022, compared to February 2021, show a significant increase. AB-Center analyzed the dynamics of 121 products, of which only 3 products show a decrease. At the same time, an increase in food prices by over 25% is observed in 7 goods, over 10% - in 71 goods.

Leaders in rising food prices

To a greater extent, the increase in prices for the year, according to AB-Center, affected the following food products: white cabbage (+198.2%), table beet (+48.8%), garlic (+48.4%), potatoes ( +45.1%), buckwheat groats (+32.3%) and carrots (+29.3%).
