Bryansk region began to supply meat to Egypt, and milk to Vietnam

The Bryansk region began to supply MEAT to Egypt, and MILK to Vietnam. This year, EXPORT shipments of livestock products from the region have doubled.

For 9 months of 2021, the enterprises of the region from the territory of the Bryansk region sent for export about 17 thousand tons of goods controlled by ROSSELKHOZNADZOR. This is twice as much as in the same period last year. The total volume of exports of livestock products supplied to third countries, including from logistics centers located in other regions, amounted to about 44 thousand tons. The indicator increased by 54% compared to 2020.

Feed and feed additives (36.3%), leather and technical raw materials (34.3%), meat and meat products (22.4%), milk and dairy products (7%) went abroad from the territory of the Bryansk region.

In particular, more than 6 thousand tons of protein feed mixture was sent to Serbia, Romania, Croatia and Bosnia, more than 5 thousand tons of technical fat were sent to Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and the Czech Republic, 689 tons of cattle skins were sent to Poland, Slovenia and Denmark , about 4 thousand tons of beef and poultry meat were sent to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, as well as a number of other countries of the near and far abroad. In addition, 1171 tons of dairy products were sent to the territory of Ukraine, Georgia, Vietnam and the Philippines.

In 2021, export shipments of livestock products from the territory of the Bryansk region doubled 

The Rosselkhoznadzor noted that this year the enterprises of the region began to explore new markets for their products. Thus, for the first time, dairy products were shipped to Georgia, the Philippines and Vietnam, as well as meat to Morocco, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt.
