The Cherkizovo brand has released new original pork products

“Pork Dijon” is a juicy shoulder in a sauce made from the famous French mustard beans, which helps retain moisture in the MEAT, allowing it to retain its juiciness and making it even more appetizing, tender and soft. Mustard seeds give the product an original appearance, and the meat a spicy taste and aroma. 

“Dijon-style pork” is convenient and easy to prepare, no hassle with choosing a tasty combination of spices, washing dishes and oven: the meat is already marinated and can be baked directly in vacuum packaging.

The second new product from Cherkizovo is “Chopped Pork with Herbs and Spices” - a unique semi-finished meat product , which has no analogues on the market. The product is completely ready for cooking: juicy ham meat, cut into small pieces (size ~1x1 cm) and seasoned with traditional spices, is the best alternative to the usual minced meat.

“Minced pork with herbs and spices” will be an excellent culinary solution when you need to quickly prepare a hearty snack or a full lunch or dinner. Just 10 minutes - and the ideal basis for many delicious dishes for the whole family is ready. The product is suitable for preparing shawarma, roast, potato casserole with meat, pilaf, etc.

Both new products are produced at the Cherkizovsky meat processing plant in Moscow and went on sale in September.
