Brazilian MEAT processing company Minerva Foods SA announced on Friday that it has received permission from the United States to EXPORT fresh beef from a factory in the interior of Sao Paulo state, REUTERS reported.
With the approval, South America's largest beef exporter now has seven US-authorized facilities in Brazil.
The company announced last week that it was considering moving its registered office outside of Brazil and is leaning towards switching its NASDAQ listing from the local B3 stock exchange, a source close to the company told Reuters on Thursday.
