While beef and pork protein supplies have increased, suppliesChicken MEAT supplies have been cut, prompted by a purchasing embargo in more than 40 countries due to bird flu detected on a commercial farm in Montenegro, in Rio Grande do Sul.

Poultry meat EXPORT

Exports of poultry meat and edible offal, fresh, chilled or frozen, from Brazil in June amounted to US $160.833 million , with an average daily volume of US$32.166 million.

The country's total export volume reached 89,765 thousand tons, with an average daily volume of 17,953 thousand tons. The average price per ton was $1,791.7.

Compared to the same period in June 2024 (five working days):

  • a drop in the average daily value of 11.7%;
  • Decrease in average daily amount by 12%;
  • The average price increase was 0.4%.

Beef supplies

Brazil's fresh, frozen or chilled beef exports in June (5 working days) totaled US$344.709 million, with a daily average of US$68.942 million.

The country's total export volume reached 64,225 thousand tons, with a daily average of 12,845 thousand tons. The average price per ton was $5,367.20.

In relation to June 2024:

  • The average daily value increased by 60.4%;
  • increase in average daily export volume by 33.5%;
  • The average price increased by 20.2%.

Selling pork

The volume of sales of pork "in natura" from Brazil in international markets in June (5 working days) amounted to 65.296 million US dollars, with an average daily revenue of 13.059 million US dollars.

The country's total export volume during the period reached 24,938 thousand tons, with a daily average of 4,897 thousand tons. The average price was $2,618.3.

As of June 2024, the figures were as follows:

  • increase in average daily value by 18%;
  • increase in average daily amount by 6.4%;
  • Average price increase by 10.9%
