More than 1,500 studies of food products are planned in the Amur region as part of government work

Sampling is carried out by specialists of the territorial department of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR for the Amur Region and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

Particular attention is paid to deliveries to socially significant institutions: kindergartens, schools, boarding schools. Products are controlled for safety indicators in accordance with the technical regulations of the Customs Union, namely for the content of pathogenic microorganisms such as Salmonella, Listeria, Staphylococcus aureus, for the residual content of antibiotics, pesticides, etc. 

Last year, specialists of the Veterinary Sanitary Expertise Department revealed counterfeit MEAT products several times.

To reduce the cost of goods, unscrupulous manufacturers replace beef, pork meat with cheaper poultry meat or soy in general, while information about the content of cheaper components is not on the product label.
