In addition, the court ordered the seizure of the production line, refrigeration chambers, boiler room equipment, transformer substations, and pumping station from the defendant in favor of the applicant.

The leasing company's beneficiary is believed to be businessman Viktor Kochetkov, owner of the mobile operator Motiv, who co-owns it with Igor Rusakov, the current director of Uralleasing. They also own Innovation-2011 LLC in Yekaterinburg.

Until the summer of 2023, Alexander Gorodetsky owned Bogdanovich Meat Processing Plant LLC ( Averino Meat Processing Plant ). In November, he purchased the Fregat-2000 construction company from Igor Rusakov, having previously sold the food production facility in Bogdanovich to local businessman Igor Nekrasov.

The Bogdanovich Meat Processing Plant is engaged in several legal battles with the Federal Tax Service. The inspectorate is demanding additional taxes of 205 million rubles, penalties of 92 million rubles, and fines totaling 5.1 million rubles. The company requested a stay of proceedings with the tax service until the decision on the dispute with Uralleasing LLC comes into force, but the request was denied. During the audits, fictitious documentation was discovered and instances of cashing out funds were established.
