The leasing company's beneficiary is believed to be businessman Viktor Kochetkov, owner of the mobile operator Motiv, who co-owns it with Igor Rusakov, the current director of Uralleasing. They also own Innovation-2011 LLC in Yekaterinburg.

Until the summer of 2023, Alexander Gorodetsky owned Bogdanovich Meat Processing Plant LLC ( Averino Meat Processing Plant ). In November, he purchased the Fregat-2000 construction company from Igor Rusakov, having previously sold the food production facility in Bogdanovich to local businessman Igor Nekrasov.

The Bogdanovich Meat Processing Plant is engaged in several legal battles with the Federal Tax Service.
