The manufacturing technology developed at an enterprise in the Tver region is based on the traditional recipe for servelats. it includes a mix of several varieties of pork from the farms of the AgroPromkomplektatsiya group of companies with finely chopped bacon. The taste is harmonized by a delicately selected bouquet of spices and natural aromatic additives.
