Thanks to the Mercury system, the activities of enterprises selling products of unknown origin in the Moscow region were suppressed

Thus, the authorized persons of IP Parshina N.V. (Moscow region, Reutov) production veterinary accompanying documents for fish products (cod liver, musk, salmon,salmon , pike), the raw materials for which were pollock liver, minced MEAT from the heads of various types of fish (burbot, vendace, cheese, ide). Thus, from 54 tons of raw materials, 178 tons of products were produced.

Authorized persons of Big Product Alliance LLC (Moscow region) issued production certificates for meat, fish, and dairy products either without specifying the raw materials, or, as in the case of IP Parshina N.V., the type of raw materials did not correspond to the type of product. The volume of products illegally put into circulation amounted to 903 tons.

On February 19 , 2024 , the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR department , within the framework of its powers, canceled the registration of authorized persons who committed violations in the preparation of veterinary accompanying documents in the FSIS Vetis. Communication of economic entities IP Parshina N.V. and LLC "Big Product Alliance" with sites where illegal activities were carried out, were torn apart in the "Cerberus" component of the FSIS "VetIS".

Information on identified violations was transferred to law enforcement agencies.
