Assortment of pancakes "Miratorga" increased by 40%

All pancakes are baked at a culinary factory in the Bryansk region, which also produces pancakes for adults both in the classic version and with fillings: with MEAT, chicken and mushrooms, cherries, cottage cheese, apples and cinnamon, raspberries. There are frozen and chilled pancakes. All of them are prepared according to traditional recipes: the dough contains only purified water, sunflower oil, SALT, SUGAR, MILK , soda and premium FLOUR. it must be sifted so that the pancakes are lush, airy, without lumps. The plant has a great advantage - the basic raw meat is produced at its own neighboring factories and comes here not frozen, but chilled, which affects the taste and quality of the final product.

Due to the fact that all pancakes are baked on a cast-iron frying surface, they turn out to be as close to homemade as possible - thin and openwork. After the pancake is ready, it is immediately sent to the shock freezing module, which allows you to save all the benefits of the product.

The production capacity of Miratorg's homemade pancakes is 100 pancakes per minute. The entire cooking process is automated as much as possible, which allows reducing human contact with raw materials and obtaining long shelf life without preservatives.

“Our pancakes are in demand all over the country. In particular, we began to actively cooperate with Far Eastern food companies. Every day, 12-14 trucks are stocked at the plant! Heavy trucks go to Kaliningrad and Rostov, Krasnodar and St. Petersburg, Moscow and Volgograd, Novosibirsk and Kaluga. Finished products are not stored in the warehouse. It is produced mainly on pre-orders, so the usual period of stay of finished products in the warehouse is only a day, ”commented the press service of the Miratorg ABH.
