AO Kurinoe Tsarstvo is seeking to fulfill the terms of the November 12 auction, where they offered 850 million rubles at the auction after their only competitor, Dubrovsky Stud Farm, refused to participate. The starting price was 845 million rubles.

The bankruptcy trustee of Duck Farms, Sergei Sidorov, expressed his intention to approve the results of the auction, but there are appeals on the case, and many creditors are against the sale. Duck Farms owes more than 70 creditors, the amount of claims exceeds 1.2 billion rubles, which raises concerns that the asset may remain with the debtor.
