The Amur branch of Rosselkhoznadzor conducted more than 140 studies of sausage products with positive results

The laboratory specialists checked the products for compliance with the requirements of TR CU 034/2013 "On the safety of MEAT and meat products" and TR CU 021/2011 "On the safety of food products". The samples were analyzed for the presence of antibiotics , as well as for the raw material composition (DNA), coliform bacteria, toxic elements, pathogenic microorganisms and other indicators of quality and safety.

As a result of the conducted research, no violations were found. Information on the results was entered into the automated system "Vesta" and transferred to the Office of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR for the Amur Region and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and interested parties.
