AGROECO won the Silver Archer award for the best project in the agro-industrial sector

The competition involved 180 projects and 1,200 photographs in 10 nominations, which marked the beginning of the creation of the first photo bank of the Russian agro-industrial complex, accessible to journalists and industry professionals. The general partner of the award was Rosselkhozbank. 29 experts from various fields, including Vladimir Solovyov, Konstantin Ivlev and Mikhail Chkanikov, assessed the participants' works. The competition became a significant step towards recognizing the contribution of agriculture to the development of creative industries.

The main goal of the presented project is to show the values ​​and stories of AGROECO employees, which allow us to destroy outdated stereotypes about the agro-industrial complex. This initiative is especially relevant in the context of personnel shortage.

Winning at such a high level underlines the importance of a creative approach to forming the company's image, which will not only attract new employees, but also demonstrate the dynamic development of agriculture as a sector with opportunities for career growth. As Alexey Novinkin, Director of Public Relations at AGROECO, noted, one of the key tasks is to work with the perception of the agricultural sector, which will attract young people and increase interest in professions in this field.

The Silver Archer National Award was founded in 1997 and over the years of its existence has become an important quality standard in the field of communications in Russia.
