AGROECO presented a new quality standard at PRODEXPO

The company's specialty is the production of DUROC MEAT on an industrial scale. Since 2018, AGROECO has been actively using this breed for selection, which allows obtaining meat with a rich taste and juiciness. DUROC is a breed bred back in the 19th century, which has been improved for more than 200 years to achieve the highest quality indicators.

In 2024 , the company launched a specialized farm for growing purebred animals DUROC, designed to support 6,000 heads. The diet for these animals was developed jointly with world experts and includes a balanced diet containing Omega-3 and other amino acids, which improves the taste of meat.

DUROC meat is distinguished by a marbled pattern of fat layers that retain juiciness during cooking. In addition, the DUROC breed is used for crossing with other breeds, which allows all AGROECO pork to inherit 50% of the DUROC characteristics - rich taste, bright color and minimal moisture loss.

"Our pork is truly different - it is more juicy, aromatic and delicious. We receive positive feedback from consumers, chefs and restaurateurs. We do not just sell meat, we offer partnership: we consult, help create products with benchmark taste qualities. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of meat connoisseurs," said Vladimir Maslov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of AGROECO Group.

AGROECO is one of the largest pork producers in RUSSIA. Production processes are fully vertically integrated: from growing our own grain to processing meat. This allows us to control quality and biosafety at all stages. In 2023, the company launched a modern meat processing plant and a farm for raising purebred animals DUROC, continuing to increase production volumes and increase the share of packaged products.
