AGROECO has increased tax payments and continues large-scale investments in the regions

The growth in tax revenues is associated with the active development and implementation of a number of major projects in the Voronezh and Tula regions. Among them is the construction of a robotic dairy complex with a capacity of 33 thousand tons of MILK per year in the Verkhnemamonsky district and a feed mill in the Novokhopyorsky district of the Voronezh region, capable of producing up to 420 thousand tons of complete feed annually. These facilities are currently under construction, and after their launch, they will create about 300 jobs. Work is also continuing on the sixth stage of pig-breeding complexes in the Voronezh region and the second stage in the Tula region.

The AGROECO payroll fund in 2024 increased from 5.1 to 7.1 billion rubles (+39%), which was facilitated by the opening of new jobs and an increase in average wages from 65 to 80.3 thousand rubles. The total number of the holding's team increased by 22% and reached 9,000 employees.

"AGROECO is building an effective and socially responsible business . We are developing dynamically, while tax deductions, staff and salaries are growing," said Vladimir Maslov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of AGROECO Group. "Our company not only ensures food security for the country, but also actively supports social responsibility. We strive to make life in rural areas more comfortable for employees and residents of the region."

The AGROECO Charity Fund regularly finances social projects in the Voronezh and Tula regions, helping to improve the living conditions of rural residents and develop infrastructure. Over 750 million rubles have been allocated for the implementation of social projects: repair and purchase of equipment for schools and kindergartens, community centers, installation of playgrounds and sports grounds, landscaping of territories.

Let us recall that at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Governor Alexander Gusev and Chairman of the Board of Directors of AGROECO Group Vladimir Maslov signed an agreement on social and economic cooperation with the regional government. The document provides for AGROECO investments in the amount of 900 million rubles for co-financing projects for the development of social infrastructure.
