Agrofirm "Kits" creates a meat farm in the Neftekumsky district of the Stavropol Territory

In the Stavropol Territory, the first stage of the implementation of the investment project of the agricultural company "Kits" with a total cost of 53.3 million rubles has started. 

According to the regional Ministry of Agriculture, the largest farm in the Neftekumsky district, where Hereford cattle will be bred, is scheduled to be put into operation before 2023.

Nikolai Kits, General DIRECTOR of Agrofirma Kits LLC, specified that by October the reconstruction of two buildings will be completed, where 70 Herefords will be placed. In addition, by the end of the year, it is planned to light up agricultural machinery and start building a warehouse for storing feed.

At the next stages, it is planned to reconstruct four more cowsheds, which will increase the breeding herd to 2,000 heads. The Founders intend to create new jobs and provide the local population with quality beef.

Initially, the family business, registered in the village of Achikulak in 2007, was engaged in crop production. Last year, it made a profit of 92.5 million rubles with revenue of 609.8 million rubles from the sale of grain crops.
