Agricultural producers of the Russian Federation, receiving support from the budget, must restrain prices for their products in the domestic market, said the HEAD of the Russian Ministry of Finance, Anton Siluanov.

"If you receive money from the budget, then be kind, limit the dynamics of the cost of your products in the domestic market. We are moving in this direction in the government - we talk with manufacturers in this vein," the minister said during a lecture at the financial university .

Commenting on the high growth rates of consumer prices in RUSSIA, he noted that there are various methods of their regulation.

“Of course, it is possible to subsidize our producers so that they keep prices. It is possible to include instruments of customs and tariff regulation: various dampers, introduce quasi-export duties. It is possible to introduce restrictions, for example, when providing state support,” he listed.

"Let's take agriculture. We have many agricultural enterprises receiving state support measures, but receiving them, nevertheless, increase prices in the domestic market, arguing that the price in foreign markets has risen, and it is better to send their products there," he was indignant head of the Ministry of Finance.
