
During the investigation, the prosecutor's office found that the cattle burial ground in the village was not registered as state property and was not listed on the local government's books, making it ownerless. There was also a significant lack of a list of ownerless cattle burial grounds that should have been registered as property, and the necessary work to register the sites with the Federal Registration Service of the Republic of Tyva had not been completed.
Furthermore, the inspection revealed that the burial ground had been neglected: an exhaust pipe, gates, and information signs were missing. Biological waste was piled up within the burial ground. All of this indicates violations of regulations regarding the collection, storage, transportation, and disposal of this waste. Rosselkhoznadzor has taken administrative action in connection with these violations.
