
Abi, a leading manufacturer of convenient and easy-to-prepare MEAT products, has signed a cooperation agreement with the administration of the Vladimir Region as part of the 1st Interregional Investment Congress of the Central Federal District.
Abi and the administration of the Vladimir region have signed a cooperation agreement that will help create favorable conditions for the development of versatile and mutually beneficial relations. The document was signed by General DIRECTOR of Abi Tatyana Trifonova, Acting Governor of the Vladimir Region Alexander Avdeev and HEAD of the City Administration of Vladimir Andrey Shokhin. The signing took place as part of the 1st Interregional Investment Congress of the Central Federal District, which was held in Suzdal on December 9-11, 2021.
Today Abi is the market leader in RUSSIA in all categories of presence in terms of sales volume in tons¹. The company provides a full production cycle of the product: the purchase of raw materials, production, marketing, distribution, transport and warehouse logistics and sales. The project provides for the construction of two new modern, high-tech complexes for the production of sausages, frozen semi-finished products and frozen finished products. According to our preliminary estimates, the volume of investments will amount to more than 16 billion rubles.
The development of production capacities will allow Abi to increase its output by 217 thousand tons per year, which will certainly increase its market share in sausages, frozen semi-finished products and frozen finished products in Russia and the CIS. it is important to note that in connection with the commissioning of new sites, more than 2,000 new jobs will be created.”

The regional administration and the city administration, within their powers, will provide the investor with the necessary assistance in resolving a number of important issues, including providing the production with the necessary infrastructure, electricity, running water, the technical ability to connect production facilities to the gas distribution network, in obtaining the necessary approvals and building permits, staffing of the investment project. In addition, the investor will be provided with state support for investment activities when he fulfills the necessary procedures established by the Law of September 2, 2002 No. 90-OZ “On State Support for Investment Activities Carried out in the Form of Capital Investments in the Vladimir Region”.
