At the Sibexpocenter exhibition complex, local producers demonstrate MEAT, fish, dairy products, pastries, vegetable oils, pickles, jams and other types of canned wild mushrooms and berries.
Tomorrow the guests will have a master class "Wild plants in cooking", where the best chefs of Irkutsk will share some of the secrets of mastery. On Thursday, April 29, another interactive culinary and gastronomic show, Lunch in 20 Minutes, will be organized for visitors.
In an interview on the occasion of the opening of the exhibition, the Minister of Agriculture of the Irkutsk Region, Ilya Sumarokov, said that this traditional event for the region invariably expands the distribution channels for locally produced products and becomes a platform for the exchange of experience between specialists. The business program, as usual, includes round tables on topical issues in the food industry.

In particular, on Wednesday, April 28, representatives of agricultural departments and enterprises of the agro-industrial complex will discuss the creation of a single digital platform for agricultural land and the digitalization of production. Ivan Petrov, HEAD of the Geoinformation Systems and Resources Department of the Analytical Center of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, will take part in the discussion.
On the final day of the exhibition, April 30, the tasting competition "Irkutsk novelty" and the presentation of the all-Russian competition of the program "100 best goods of RUSSIA - 2021" are scheduled.
