March 12, MINSK. A resident of Vitebsk stole 120 thousand Russian rubles from his friend. BelTA was informed about this by the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
A 49-year-old resident of the regional center became a victim of his own carelessness. The man turned to the police and said that, being in a state of intoxication , he was robbed by an unknown person. The attacker stole 120 thousand Russian rubles, which the victim brought from his earnings. The man did not remember the circumstances of the incident.Employees of the criminal investigation department of the Pervomaisky District Department of Internal Affairs were able to restore the picture of the crime. The attacker turned out to be a 35-year-old neighbor of the robbed man. The person involved met his friend at the store and asked him for money for ALCOHOL. When the man took out the cash, the person involved saw an impressive amount of money. After that, the victim went home, but was so drunk that he fell asleep on a bench at the entrance, where he was robbed by an acquaintance who asked for money.
The thief was arrested and a criminal case was initiated against him. The operatives confiscated half of the stolen amount from the person involved, he managed to spend the rest of the money on his own needs.
