MINSK . Minister of Internal Affairs Ivan 
Kubrakov, as part of a working trip to the Gomel region, took part in the opening ceremony of the renovated building of the Svetlogorsk police department. BELTA was informed about this by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. 
“Good conditions are important both for the productive work of employees and for the convenience of those who contact the police. Today in our state everything is done to ensure comfort when providing services to people,” noted Ivan Kubrakov, addressing the personnel of the district department .   
The 
HEAD of the police department assured police officers that the infrastructure and material and technical base of the territorial internal affairs bodies of the republic will continue to develop. 
The Minister of Internal Affairs also thanked the employees for their service and presented state and departmental awards and shoulder straps of the next special ranks to those who distinguished themselves. The car was an excellent gift from the minister to the operational duty service of the regional department. 
The leaders of the local 
authorities congratulated the personnel of the Svetlogorsk District Department of Internal Affairs on this significant event , and a representative of the Orthodox Church blessed the law enforcement officers for military work. 
Ivan Kubrakov inspected the renovated office premises, talked with employees at their workplaces and held an operational meeting. The discussion was about improving the analysis of the crime situation and performance indicators. According to the Minister of Internal Affairs, increased attention from the Svetlogorsk district police requires the level of crimes committed in public places, as well as in
ALCOHOL intoxication . Law enforcement officers, according to Ivan Kubrakov, should not slow down in the personnel sector, as well as in team building activities. 
“Work together, as a single team, and everything will work out,” the Minister of Internal Affairs admonished law enforcement officers.
