All people are different, but to earn respect, you must first treat them like a human being. You need to find a common language with everyone."

According to Ivan Zablotsky, the district police officer is the first link in the police hierarchy: all people’s problems are solved through these internal affairs officers. Speaking about his victory in the regional competition, Ivan Zablotsky emphasized that he was not trying to become the best or gain recognition, but was simply doing his usual job. “Thanks to this approach, the main indicators of law enforcement in the city are only improving from year to year,” he emphasized. “The new car will be a great help in our work: before this, there was no official car assigned to our stronghold. The most remote area from the place of work is at a distance of at least 15 km - it’s difficult to get there on foot, and it takes a very long time by public transport.”

Ivan Zablotsky is sure that such professionalism and results in work would be difficult to achieve without the help of family and friends, as well as the team. “The experience was passed on by my father, in the past he was also a police officer with 23 years of experience: he went from a district police officer to the HEAD of the Bobruisk Internal Affairs Directorate,” he shares. “He is always happy with my successes, he is proud of his son.
