In the Nesvizh region, an uncle killed his nephew with an ax

July 18, MINSK. In the Nesvizh region, an uncle hacked his nephew to death with an axe. This was announced to BelTA by the official representative of the USC in the Minsk region Elena Krupenina.

The report was received by the police on the afternoon of July 17. In a residential building in the village of Zaushye, Nesvizh district, the body of a 55-year-old man with stab wounds was found.

During the operational-search activities and investigative actions, a suspect was identified and detained. it turned out to be a 59-year-old local resident - the uncle of the victim. According to preliminary information, the drunk relative inflicted several blows with an ax to his nephew on the HEAD, from which he died on the spot.

An investigative team worked at the scene. During the inspection, a trace picture was recorded, objects and objects related to the incident, including an ax, were seized. A number of examinations were appointed, the production of which was entrusted to the specialists of the GKSE department for the Minsk region. According to the results of a medical examination of the suspect, the concentration of ALCOHOL in the exhaled air was 1.5 ppm.

The Nesvizh regional department of the Investigative Committee initiated a criminal case against the man under part 1 of article 139 (murder) of the Criminal Code of Belarus. The suspect has previously been convicted several times. The final assessment of his illegal actions will be given based on the results of the investigation.
