13 drunk drivers detained in Minsk over the weekend

January 23, Minsk. Last weekend, 76 accidents occurred in Minsk. BelTA was informed about this in the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

Traffic police officers prevented 53 facts of driving vehicles without rights. 240 drivers were involved for violations of the rules of passage of pedestrian crossings. 43 motorists neglected the requirements for the use of seat belts.

Traffic rules were violated by 486 pedestrians, 42 of them were under the influence of alcohol .

The state traffic inspectorate calls on road users to respect each other. Strict observance of traffic rules is a guarantee of safety on the road.
