The night before, employees of the traffic police department of the Moskovsky District Department of Internal Affairs of Minsk stopped a Ford at the intersection of Zhukov Ave. and Avtodorovskaya Street. A 43-year-old Minsk resident was driving a foreign car. In addition to him, a family with a young child was traveling in the cabin.

"From the first minutes of communication with the driver, the traffic police inspectors suspected that the man was drunk: he could smell a strong smell of ALCOHOL. The Minsk resident was immediately taken for examination, the result of which confirmed the policemen's assumption: the concentration of absolute ethyl alcohol vapor in the exhaled air of the violator was 1 ppm," it says. in the message.

In addition, it was found that the man was deprived of the right to drive a vehicle for a traffic accident.

The violator was removed from control, administrative protocols under Part 2 were drawn up against him. Article 18.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (driving while intoxicated ) and Part 2 of Article 18.14 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (driving without the right to drive this vehicle repeatedly within a year after the administrative penalty). The car is placed in a guarded parking lot.
