June 3, Minsk . In Minsk, a drunk car lady crashed into a lighting tower, BelTA informs with reference to the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

The accident happened around 6:10 today. According to preliminary information, the 41-year-old driver of a Nissan car near the building No. 177 on Independence Avenue lost control and ran into a lighting tower. The car overturned.

The results of the medical examination showed the presence of 1.49 ppm of alcohol in the driver's body.

There were no casualties in the accident. Employees of the traffic police department of the Pervomaisky District Department of Internal Affairs of Minsk worked at the scene.

Meanwhile, the traffic police reminded that for drunk driving there is a fine of up to 200 BV (1 BV - Br37) with deprivation of the right to drive for up to five years. If a similar violation is repeated during the year, the offender faces criminal liability with confiscation of the vehicle.
