August 1, Grodno. A 17-year-old drunk without rights was detained in the Grodno region. BelTA was informed about this by the traffic police of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee.
"On July 31, at 6 am, near the village of Tsidovichi in the Grodno region, inspectors of the State traffic inspectorate stopped a Moskvich. A 17-year-old young man was driving the car. He does not have a driving license. At the same time, the guy had obvious signs of intoxication," - told the traffic police.A medical examination showed 1.84 ppm of ALCOHOL. The minor said that he drank beer half an hour earlier and got behind the wheel. Prior to this, the young man had already been detained for driving without a license.
As clarified in the traffic police, such a violation entails a fine of 200 basic units and deprivation of the right to drive for 5 years.
