a drunk driver was driving a minibus. The man was transporting passengers on the Gorki-Orsha route, the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee Department of Internal Affairs told BelTA.
The 37-year-old man, driving a Mercedes-Benz, was stopped by traffic police. Officers immediately suspected the driver was intoxicated, which was confirmed by a medical examination: 1.6 ppm of
alcohol was detected in his exhaled breath. The offender will pay a large fine and have his driver's license suspended for five years. The State Traffic Inspectorate reminds that driving while
intoxicated is strictly prohibited . Drivers are responsible for the passengers they transport and have no right to risk their lives.
