In Belynichi district, a family feast ended in a stabbing

January 5, MINSK. The Belynichi district department of the Investigative Committee is investigating two criminal cases of attempted murder and intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm. An investigative team immediately rushed to the scene of the incident. The trace pattern was carefully studied.

“According to preliminary information from the investigation, on the eve of the New Year, the husband of the older sister, who had recently returned from a long-distance flight, persuaded his wife to go to relatives in the village to celebrate a series of holidays: the New Year and the woman’s 41st birthday. Having bought food and ALCOHOL for the festive table, the couple set off to parents. The family feast, accompanied by drinking alcohol and talking about life, turned into a quarrel between the sisters, and then into a fight. Trying to separate the daughters, the mother received several stabs from the eldest, "the USC specified.

As the 41-year-old woman admitted to the investigator, she always felt that her mother loved her younger sister more. This is what caused the conflict.

At present, the woman has been charged under part 1 of article 14, part 1 of article 139 (attempted murder) of the Criminal Code. With the sanction of the prosecutor, a preventive measure in the form of detention was applied to her.

Two days later, an elderly man, his mother's partner, was taken to the hospital with a severe HEAD injury. it turned out that during the fight, the youngest of the sisters hit him with a bottle, causing serious injury.

A criminal case was initiated against a 37-year-old woman under Part 1 of Article 147 (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm) of the Criminal Code. The suspect has been detained. Previously, the sisters were prosecuted.

The criminal investigation is ongoing.
