MINSK . In Belarus, in the second quarter of 2025, disposable resources per household amounted to Br2,790.4 per month. This follows from the data of a sample survey published on the website of the National Statistical Committee, BELTA reports.
Disposable resources per household in cities and urban-type settlements amounted to Br2,923.8 per month, in rural settlements - Br2,361.3 per month.
Monthly cash expenditures per household amounted to Br2,705, of which Br1,822.4 (67.4%) were consumer expenditures.
In the structure of household consumer expenditures, the share of
food expenses amounted to 38.4%, non-food goods - 34.6%, and services - 24.6%.
Available resources are defined as household cash, the value of consumed food produced on a private farm, minus the material costs of production, and the value of benefits and payments received in kind.
Consumer expenditures are household expenses on food (including public meals), the purchase of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, non-food items, and services. They exclude taxes, financial assistance, and other non-consumption expenses, as well as all expenses related to agricultural production on a private farm and for savings purposes (bank deposits, real estate purchases, foreign currency, etc.).
