
March 6, MINSK. In Belarus, disposable resources per household in 2022 amounted to Br1,781.5 per month. This was reported to BelTA by the National Statistical Committee.
According to a sample survey of households by standard of living, in Belarus in 2022 disposable resources per household amounted to Br1781.5 per month, including in cities and urban-type settlements - Br1863.8, in rural settlements - Br1516, 8.
Cash expenditures per household amounted to Br1,696.6 per month, of which Br1,249.1 (73.6%) falls on consumer spending. In the structure of consumer expenditures of households, the share of expenditures on food was 39.7%, on the purchase of non-food products - 33.7%, on payment for services - 24.1%.
Disposable resources - the funds of households, the cost of consumed food products produced in personal subsidiary plots, minus the material costs of their production and (or) received from other sources without payment, and the value of benefits and payments received in kind.
Consumer expenditures are household cash expenditures on food (including public catering), the purchase of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, non-food items and payment for services. Consumer spending does not include taxes, material assistance and other expenses not related to consumption, as well as all expenses related to the production of agricultural products in personal subsidiary plots and savings (bank deposits, purchase of real estate, foreign currency, and so on).
