At the board meeting, Ivan Kubrakov demanded that special attention be paid to the category of unemployed citizens, especially those who abuse ALCOHOL and committed offenses while intoxicated. Preventive work with minors and their parents also requires strengthening. it is impossible to weaken the position in personnel policy, work with young recruits, assistance and care for the families of police officers, especially those with many children. The minister also instructed to study the issue of organizing high-quality information for foreigners about the nuances of Belarusian legislation at the Minsk National Airport.

Ivan Kubrakov emphasized work with the population: "All aspects are important: from the impeccable appearance of the employee to the attitude towards a person, the ability to conduct a dialogue with him and the willingness to provide assistance in all areas." He also urged his colleagues to constructively perceive criticism and draw the right conclusions.

Summing up the meeting, the HEAD of the law enforcement agency noted that last year the Minskthe police worked as a well-coordinated mechanism. "Thank you to the personnel for their service, including during the election campaign. Both citizens of Belarus and foreigners positively assess the peace and safety on the streets. And this is your merit," emphasized Ivan Kubrakov. Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee Vladimir Kukharev also expressed words of gratitude for the work of the capital's law enforcement officers.

The event ended with a ceremony of presenting shoulder straps and awards to distinguished employees. Honorary prizes were awarded to the best units based on the results of operational and service activities, winners of the Spartakiad of the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs, and the fleet of the Minsk State Traffic Inspectorate was replenished with five new cars.
