September 7, Vitebsk. In Polotsk, a drunk driver tried to escape from a traffic police car and demolished the fence of a private house, BelTA was told at the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

On the afternoon of September 6, traffic police inspectors noticed a Lada Vesta car. They signaled to stop. Instead, the driver accelerated and tried to escape in the direction of the village of Kozianki. However, the driver lost control and drove into the fence of a private house. Other property in the yard also suffered from these actions. During the accident, fortunately, there were no people in the path of the unfortunate driver.

A medical examination showed that in the blood of the "racer" there were 2 ppm. Four administrative protocols were drawn up against a 39-year-old resident of Novopolotsk, including for failure to comply with the requirements to stop and driving while intoxicated . The car was taken to the impound.
