According to preliminary information, the previous evening, the 51-year-old driver of a Mercedes, driving along Glagoleva Street near building No. 39, failed to slow down and stop when an obstacle appeared in his path, resulting in the collision with another Mercedes.

No one was injured in the accident, but both vehicles sustained mechanical damage. A medical examination revealed that the man had a blood ALCOHOL level of 2.13 ppm. it was also established that he had never held a driver's license. He had stolen the car he was driving at the time of the accident.

A criminal case has been opened for vehicle theft, and several administrative charges have been filed for traffic violations.
