The identities of the minors have been established - they turned out to be 13 and 14 year old school students in the capital. To prevent the commission of offenses by children under 18 years of age, employees of the juvenile affairs inspectorate of the Frunzensky District Department of Internal Affairs of the capital held a preventive conversation with school students, including directly with violators, during which they told schoolchildren about the consequences of the negative effects of alcohol, tobacco and various smoking mixtures on the body . If a violation is detected, an investigation is carried out.
