Thus, on April 7, during raids, law enforcement officers identified eight agro-industrial workers who were intoxicated at work. A kind of anti-record was set by a security guard at one of the enterprises in the Voronovo District: during an inspection, officers of the Lida District Department of Internal Affairs recorded an alcohol concentration of 3.2 ppm in the man's exhaled air . A security guard in the Ivye District was not far behind: his figure was 2.98 ppm. In all cases, the actions of citizens will be given a legal assessment.
For drinking alcoholic beverages, low-alcohol beverages or beer, using narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues in a public place or appearing in a public place or at work in a state of intoxication, the law provides for a fine of up to eight basic units, the Department of Internal Affairs reminded.
