One person died, three were injured on the capital's roads this weekend

June 26, Minsk . Over the past weekend, 83 accidents occurred in Minsk, as a result of which one person died, three more were injured. BelTA was informed about this by the UGAI GUVD of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

The traffic police fined 226 drivers for speeding, 20 were detained for drunk driving . 164 drivers were involved for violations of the rules of passage of pedestrian crossings, another 62 motorists neglected the requirements for the use of seat belts. The inspectors stopped 38 violations of the rules for transporting children.

The traffic police urges road users to respect each other and reminds that strict observance of traffic rules is a guarantee of road safety.
