Lukashenko and Xi Jinping's working lunch menu revealed: Peking duck, potato pancakes and more

December 4, Minsk . The menu for the working lunch of the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and the President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping has been announced. The photo was published by the telegram channel, BELTA reports.

The menu includes both traditional Chinese dishes, such as the world-famous Peking duck, and the Belarusian dish - potato pancakes.

Exotic dishes for the Belarusian audience include broth with sea cucumbers and bamboo shoots, abalone in oyster sauce, and fried grouper with pine nuts. The menu also includes marbled beef with chestnuts, assorted mushrooms with vegetables and chrysanthemums, dumplings with pork and cabbage, and cold appetizers.

Desserts include lemon bavarois, fruits andice cream .

Among the drinks on the menu, there is Maotai, a Chinese strong alcoholic drink named after the town of Maotai in Guizhou Province, where it is produced. There are also wines: cabernet sauvignon and Zhangyu chardonnay.
