The Dribinsky regional department of the Investigative Committee is investigating a criminal case against a 60-year-old resident of the village of Pichevka. According to the investigation, on the afternoon of December 16, a 40-year-old resident of the Khotimsky district arrived at a dacha located in the village of Pichevka, Dribinsky district. Due to heavy snow, the man could not get home, so he decided to go to his friend, a 60-year-old local resident. At the same time, the defendant took strong alcohol with him .

During the feast, a conversation began between the comrades about the late wife of a 40-year-old man. It turned out that his friend was secretly in love with a woman who died about five years ago. In the course of a frank conversation, a conflict ensued. The suspect grabbed a knife and stabbed the victim. The wounded man himself was able to call an ambulance. Fortunately, he survived. Now he is in the hospital, nothing threatens his life.

A criminal case was initiated against a 60-year-old resident of the village of Pichevka under Part 1 of Art. 147 (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm) of the Criminal Code. Now investigators are working with him.
