Drunk Minsk resident tore down the state flag from the building and threw it on the ground

September 16, MINSK. A drunken Minsker ripped off the state flag from the building and threw it on the ground. BelTA was informed about this in the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

The detectives of the Central District Department of Internal Affairs found that the night before the man at the place of residence was drinking with his acquaintance. The medical examination of the defendant showed 2.6 ppm of ALCOHOL in the exhaled air. The detainee explained his act by saying that he was drunk. He repented of what he had done. It is known that earlier the man was repeatedly brought to criminal responsibility.

The actions of the detainee will be given a legal assessment by the investigator.
