The markup reached 440%. More than 100 violations of price legislation were recorded this year.

June 10, MINSK . Over the past period of 2025, violations of legislation on prices and pricing have been established at more than 100 business entities. The total amount of fines exceeded Br250 thousand, BELTA learned from the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade. 
Thus, in the Gomel Region, a case was revealed of the sale of "borscht set" vegetables and apples with a markup of 442%, while the legally permitted markup is 30%. As a result of unjustified activity, the organization received more than Br50 thousand in revenue, for which it faces a fine of up to Br110 thousand.
In the Minsk Region, ChPTUP "SIRS" incorrectly indicated data in the consignment note when selling products. Individual Entrepreneur N.A. Mikhuty did not have documents justifying retail prices , and the permissible trade markups were inflated to 55% while the permitted markups were 15-30%.
In the Brest region, the use of trade markups from 47% to 156% on soft drinks and water with a limit of no more than 40% was recorded by individual entrepreneur Filippova T.Yu.   
As the department summed up, all violators were brought to administrative responsibility, the decisions of the Economic Courts of the Minsk and Brest regions entered into legal force.
