A man stabbed a friend after a feast in Molodechno

February 8, Minsk. In Molodechno, the comrades' feast ended in tragedy. BelTA was informed about this by the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee.

“The ambulance doctors turned to the police after they received a call about a tragic incident in one of the city apartments. Law enforcement officers immediately left at the specified address. The police officers could not enter the apartment through the door (it was locked) and got inside through an open window ", - said in the Department of Internal Affairs.

At the scene of the tragedy, law enforcement officers found the body of a man with multiple stab wounds and a 40-year-old previously convicted youth. The latter was very drunk, later a medical examination showed 2.2 ppm of alcohol in his body.

As it became known, the deceased landlord let his old friend live. For the second day in a row, the men drank alcohol. At some point, a conflict arose between them and a friend struck the owner several times with a kitchen knife in the stomach, after which he himself called an ambulance. The man died on the spot from his injuries. Having sobered up, the attacker specified that he did not like that his friend began to reproach him for not working anywhere, and kicked him out of the apartment.

A criminal case has been initiated under Part 1 of Article 139 (murder) of the Criminal Code. The man faces up to 15 years in prison. Previously, he was prosecuted for threatening to kill and torturing his mother, intentionally inflicting less serious bodily harm.
