MINSK . Bees stung a resident of the Berezina District to death. Details of the tragic incident were provided by Anna Adashkevich, official representative of the Minsk Region Office of the State Forensic Expertise Committee (SCE), BelTA reports.
A resident of the agro-town of Bogushevichi, Berezina District, found a bee nest on a tree in his yard and asked his neighbor to help him remove
it. Under the influence of a large amount of
ALCOHOL, the neighbor, without hesitation, agreed, went outside and went into the neighbor's yard alone.
Since the man did not return for a long time, the owner of the yard went outside and found him lying on the ground with no signs of life. The man called an ambulance, but the paramedics who arrived confirmed
the death of the 41-year-old
man .
A forensic medical examination has been ordered to the Pukhovichi Interdistrict Department of the SCE. According to the forensic experts, the man's death was caused by anaphylactic shock caused by bee stings. Traces of at least 37 insect bites were found on the body of the deceased. A forensic chemical analysis of the body's blood also showed the presence of ethyl alcohol at a concentration of 3.9 ppm, which may correspond to a severe degree of acute intoxication.
Forensic experts remind that bee stings can cause a general toxic reaction, manifested in the form of weakness, dizziness, headache, chills, nausea, vomiting and fever. In some cases, multiple stings can be fatal. Therefore, it is strongly recommended not to try to remove bee nests on your own, but to seek help from professionals.
By the way, bees do not like strong odors. When going to places where these
insects , do not abuse perfume and alcoholic drinks - bees cannot stand their smell. Also, insects do not like sudden movements. If you follow the general rules, their proximity will not lead to unpleasant consequences.
