February 9, MINSK. A Minsk resident was injured in a drunken brawl, BelTA was told at the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

The Central District Department of Internal Affairs of the capital was informed that near the club on the street. Zybitskaya there was a fight. The outfit of the patrol police service immediately left for the scene. The police found out that two young people in a state of alcoholic intoxication went out into the street and, for the sake of entertainment, struck each other with blows in order to find out who was stronger. After one careless push, a fight broke out, as a result of which one of the Minsk residents was taken to the hospital. The second participant in the conflict was detained. An 18-year-old resident of the capital explained his behavior to law enforcement officers with a state of intoxication and an outburst of anger from sudden pain.

Investigators opened a criminal case for causing grievous bodily harm.

The police reminds that vacationers should control the amount of ALCOHOL consumed and not enter into conflicts while intoxicated.
