From 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM, more than 3,000 graduates from higher education institutions across the country will attend ceremonies and a concert program. Access to the celebration site will be through checkpoints," the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs noted. Minsk police officers will be on duty at the celebration sites to ensure public order. Traffic police will be on duty near the celebration sites.
Law enforcement officials remind that persons in a state of intoxication will not be allowed into places where mass events are taking place.ALCOHOL intoxication , as well as possession of prohibited items.
A fireworks show (scheduled for 11:30 p.m.) will be held during the event, during which traffic on Storozhevskaya Street will be restricted.
