The police of the Minsk region revealed more than 560 offenses in public places over the weekend

June 13, Minsk. In the Minsk region, 562 offenses were recorded in places of mass recreation over the weekend. BelTA was informed about this by the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee.

"One of the tasks of the internal affairs bodies is to ensure public order in places of mass recreation for citizens, namely beaches. There are several such places in each district of the Minsk region," the Department of Internal Affairs said. coastal strip, where there are places specially equipped for recreation, established by the regional authorities.parking and other traffic violations.

To prevent violations of the law and ensure the personal and property safety of citizens, every day with the onset of warm weather in places of mass recreation of citizens, the police are on duty, joint raids are carried out with rescuers.

At the same time, not all citizens follow the established rules: over the past weekend alone, 562 administrative offenses were detected in the Minsk region.

In organized places of mass recreation, 162 administrative protocols were drawn up for drinking alcoholic, low-alcohol drinks or beer, using narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues in a public place, or appearing in a public place or at work in a state of intoxication. The traffic police revealed 214 offenses, 6 others. In unorganized places of mass recreation, 124 people were brought to administrative responsibility for swimming in prohibited places. 48 offenses were revealed through the traffic police, 3 others.

As a rule, employees limit themselves to warning vacationers with a requirement to stop drinking alcoholic beverages in a public place. However, in most cases, the offenders are detained, taken to the nearest police station, where they are examined, ending with the drawing up of a protocol on an administrative offense and the imposition of a fine.

The Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee recalls that for drinking alcoholic, low-alcohol drinks or beer in a public place, being in such a place in a drunken state that offends human dignity and morality, administrative liability is provided for under Art. 19.3 Administrative Code up to 8 BV (1 BV - Br32).

Within the boundaries of the water protection zone and the coastal strip, it is prohibited to park outside specially designated places, and in the absence of such - at a distance of at least 30 m horizontally from the water's edge; washing of vehicles and other technical means outside the established places, logging, maintenance of vehicles and other technical means.

Administrative responsibility for violations of traffic rules in places of mass recreation of citizens: stopping and parking in the green zone (Article 18.22 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) - a fine of up to 1 BV, exit from the road in unidentified or undeveloped places (part 4 of Article 18.36 of the Administrative Code) - up to 1 BV , throwing garbage out of the vehicle (part 1 of article 18.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) - a fine of up to 2 BV.
