December 29, MINSK . The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of Belarus has established a list of alcoholic beverages for 2024 , the import of which is not subject to the exclusive right of the state. The corresponding MART decree No. 74 dated December 20, 2023 was published on, BELTA reports.

The list includes 22 names of French champagne (including Moet & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Brut, Dom Perignon, Louis Roederer Cristal, GHMumm, Perrier-Jouet, Bollinger), 52 names of cognacs, including those made from cognac spirits aged over 10 years (Hennessy, Martell, Remy Martin, Camus, Erebuni, Armenia, Legenda Moldovei, etc.), 85 types of whiskey (Grant's, Aberlour, Ballantine's, Jameson, Jim Beam, etc.), 26 types of rum (Bacardi, Havana Club , Varadero, Angostura, etc.), 3 types of gin.

Also on the list are grape wines with a minimum producer price of 13 euros per 1 liter on FCA terms - the producer's warehouse. If the volume of the vessel is less than (more than) 1 liter, the minimum price is calculated in proportion to the capacity and should not be lower than 13 euros per 1 liter.

The document will come into force on January 1, 2024.
